Easy 14-Day Returns
We want you to love your Furtez bag. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery — no questions asked.

How It Works:

1. Make sure the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

2. Contact us at [your support email/WhatsApp] within 14 days after receiving your parcel.

3. We’ll guide you through the quick return process.

4. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll confirm your refund or exchange.

Payment on Delivery Orders:
For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, payment is collected when you receive the parcel. If you return your product, we will process your refund after receiving the returned item.

Important Notes:

Items must be returned with all original tags and packaging.

Damaged or used items are not eligible for return.
